Daffodil International School (English Medium), Dhanmondi is seeking a dedicated, qualified, and enthusiastic Bangla Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will teach Bangla to students in the Lower and Upper Secondary sections and inspire them to develop strong language, literature, and communication skills.

• Teach Bangla Language and Literature to Lower and Upper Secondary students in accordance with the English Medium curriculum.
• Prepare and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and examinations.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Foster reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and professional development activities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bangla or a related discipline.
• 2 or more years of experience teaching the Cambridge, Edexcel, or equivalent English-medium curriculum.
• Prior teaching experience in an English-medium school is preferred.
• Strong command of both Bangla and English.
• Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
• Familiarity with preparing students for Bangla First Language and Bangla Second Language examinations.
