Settled within 10 working days

We settle all kinds of refunds and repayment issues within ten working days of receiving a valid claim.

Full or partial refund

You can claim a full or partial refund whenever we fail to deliver on the service agreement.

Refund Eligibility

If we cannot comply with our service, terms and conditions that have been mentioned in the service agreement, customers can claim a full or partial refund of their payment.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund request, contact us with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within two working days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Non-refundable Items

Services that have already been delivered, consumed or partially used outside of the service agreement breach scope are non-refundable. Promotional offers and discounted plans may carry additional refund conditions described at the point of purchase.
