Role Overview

As the Shop Manager for O'range Lifestyle, you will be the ultimate ambassador of our brand on the showroom floor. You will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate sales staff, drive revenue goals, and ensure our visual merchandising standards perfectly showcase our latest footwear collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the O'range Lifestyle retail outlet, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales targets and retail KPIs. Implement promotional campaigns and local strategies to maximize profitability and foot traffic.
• Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule sales associates. Foster a high-energy team culture focused on premium customer service and product knowledge.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain impeccable store presentation. Ensure shoe displays, window setups, and product placements align with O'range Lifestyle’s premium brand guidelines to maximize customer engagement.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor footwear stock levels, manage inventory audits, handle seasonal product transitions, and ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
• Customer Experience: Set the standard for customer service by actively engaging with shoppers, building brand loyalty, and handling feedback with professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of retail management experience (experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion retail is highly preferred).
• Skills: Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of retail sales strategies, customer trends, and inventory tracking.
• Aesthetic Eye: A strong sense of visual merchandising and a genuine passion for modern footwear presentation.
• Flexibility: Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and busy shopping seasons.
