Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of short-form content and be able to create engaging, retention-focused videos for international clients, including creators, coaches, e-commerce brands, and podcasters.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit engaging 15–60 second reels and short-form videos for multiple platforms.
- Create strong hook edits that capture viewers' attention within the first 1–2 seconds.
- Apply retention-focused pacing, clean cuts, captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and text animations.
- Source and integrate relevant B-roll, sound effects, and music.
- Perform basic colour correction and audio cleanup.
- Create beat-synced edits and effective sound design.
- Occasionally edit multicamera podcast content.
- Maintain a consistent editing style across a high volume of content.
- Export and optimize videos in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
- Organize project files efficiently using Google Drive and structured file management workflows.
- Work closely with the team, follow English editing briefs, and make revisions based on feedback.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation Equivalent in Any discipline
